Here is another recipe of omelette, Omelette Twist recipe. You can decrease or increase the amount or even omit or include any vegetables as it depends which taste you prefer more than the other.
Omelette Twist Recipe
- 2 brown bread slices
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp spring onion chopped
- 1 Tbsp tomato chopped
- 2 Tbsp capsicum chopped
- 1 green chilli chopped
- 1 tsp fresh coriander chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for shallow frying
- Whisk the egg and add the chopped vegetables and spices.
- Remove edges from the bread and dip it in the egg mixture.
- Heat some oil in a pan and shallow fry the bread slices until egg is cooked.
