This cauliflower crust is super healthy, pretty low calorie and super yummy. Definitely give it a try if you’re craving some good pizza!
For the crust:
20g Carob Bean Gum
20g Nutritional Yeast
20g Milled Flax Seeds
1. Blend the Cauliflower
2. Cook the blended Cauliflower in boiling water
3. Mix with other ingredients
Overall, make sure that it stays dry enough so it’ll be nice and crusty.
4. Bake at medium heat
100-150g Tomato Sauce
50g Olives in oil
25g Sun-dried Tomatoes
50g Vegan Cream Cheese
- Put on baking crust
- Stir fry 200g Aubergine with salt so that it loses water
- Throw some greens on top (Rucola & Basil) and voilà!
