Brownie Batter Overnight Oats Recipe

Chocolate lovers unite! As a chocolate lover there isn’t a better way to start the day. This oats recipe or breakfast filled with antioxidants to kick-start the day.


▪50 g oats

▪130 ml soy milk

▪1 – 2 tbsp cacao powder

▪1 tsp vanilla extract

▪1 tsp sweetener (optional)

▪100 g fresh strawberries


1 For this yummy oats recipe mix together oats, milk, cacao powder, vanilla extract and sweetener in a jar. Leave in the fridge overnight.
2 Serve with strawberries and enjoy!
With this ratio noted in ingredients you’ll get a ‘fudge’ which is really yum. If you don’t like this, add a bit more milk.
